Similarly, they let us know that you have purchased something from an Online Loyalty Merchant. To make sure you receive your shopping benefits when shopping with Cashback World online, please start by making sure that the cookie settings in your browser are correct. You will find a short introduction to changing the cookie settings in the most conventional browsers here.

You will receive shopping benefits from all Online Loyalty Merchants listed for your country. You can use the global search to find international Online Loyalty Merchants that are not listed in your country but send orders to your market. It is up to you to decide whether you want to shop at these international Online Loyalty Merchants via the shopping community. However, we are unable to guarantee that you will receive benefits and there is no entitlement to compensation.
Please always observe the Terms and Conditions in place for each voucher code (e.g. validity, minimum order value, etc.). These will appear on the details page when you click on an offer. Do not complete your order until the voucher code value has actually been deducted from the purchase amount (you will see the amount deducted on screen). You will not be able to deduct this value at a later point. The use of "external" voucher codes, e.g. from a Loyalty Merchant newsletter, may disrupt the shopping community connection, meaning that your purchase won't be assigned to your Member ID. Notwithstanding the above, the Loyalty Merchant is not obliged to grant shopping benefits resulting from any purchases made using an "external" voucher code.
We do everything we can to ensure you receive all your shopping benefits, even if your purchases haven't been logged. If your purchase doesn't appear under "My Purchases" within 48 hours, please send your Member ID, invoice, order and payment confirmation to Service Team. Complaints can be submitted up to three months following the date of purchase. Online shops will not accept any complaints submitted after three months, meaning that subsequent processing will not be possible.
Log onto the shopping community website using your login details. Then use the search function to find the Online Loyalty Merchant you are looking for. Click on the logo for the online shop you wish to shop with. Click on the button "Shop online now" to open the store in a new window. You can now place your order and collect shopping benefits.
Your purchase will appear under "My Purchases" in your profile within 48 hours. Your shopping benefits will be processed as soon as your purchase has been confirmed as completed by the Loyalty Merchant in accordance with the respective return period and delivery times. The entire process may take on average 60 to 90 days, depending on product shipping time and method of payment. As a general rule, the faster the purchase is completed, the sooner you will receive your shopping benefits.
Your Loyalty Merchant search will automatically display only Loyalty Merchants from your own country or international Loyalty Merchants listed for your country. You can use corresponding filters and the "Regional and Worldwide Search" to find all Loyalty Merchants around the world
You can use the "Regional and Worldwide Search" function to access Loyalty Merchants in all countries where the shopping community is represented. The agreement between online shops and the shopping community applies only to countries in which the online shop is listed. As a Member, you are free to shop at online shops outside your home country, however, the Loyalty Merchant is not obliged to credit you with the shopping benefits generated by your purchase. To make sure you receive your shopping benefits, we therefore recommend only shopping at online shops listed for your country.

Yes, the Cashback Card can be used at all Loyalty Merchants around the world and shopping benefits will be credited to you as normal. Before travelling, you can also research Loyalty Merchants in your destination using the "Regional and Worldwide Search" in the Loyalty Merchant search and selecting the country in question.
